How to use:

– For people with leg pain and cold feet (especially the elderly), people with diabetes, rheumatism, polyarthritis, and athletes, every night before bedtime or at any convenient time, put 20 – 25g of cinnamon powder in a bucket or pot of boiled water and stir evenly, let the water gradually cool to about 35 – 38 degrees, then soak your feet in 40-50 minutes then remove and dry your feet.

– Each batch of foot soaks must be done continuously in at least 15-20 days
